Payment

A $350.00 deposit is REQUIRED to reserve your event date. Cancellations sometimes occur. If your cancellation is 60 DAYS before the event 100% of your deposit will be returned. Otherwise, your deposit will be lost.

TWO WEEKS before your event, a 50% payment of estimated cost of event is DUE.

Payment of the balance is DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT. Any outstanding amounts such as overtime, loss due to breakage, will be billed following the event.

Sales Tax

8.75% sales tax will be added to all food

Guest Count

TEN DAYS before your event, your final number of guests to be served must be provided. This final number will be used to purchase fresh ingredients for the food production, to order equipment and to arrange for the proper number of event staff. Once you provide your final guarantee, you may only INCREASE your count.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not added on automatically, but they are appreciated.
Tips are at the discretion of the client.

Personnel Service

The hours of service are based on portal to portal, from our kitchen to your event and return.

For every 35 guests (Catered Event) Posada Catering will provide one (1) service person and one (1) cook for every 100 guests. The hourly charge for each service person is $22.00 per hour and $25.00 per hour for each cook (minimum 8 hours for weddings and 4 minimum hours for tapas and paella buffets.

Hours over the first 8 hours in an event will be billed at time-and-a half per hour per server. After 12 hours, double time will be charge.

Food Tasting

We'll gladly prepare a tasting for you, $50 per person with a $25 credit per person given to total of event if awarded event. Tasting is done at my Livermore home.

Party Rental Needs

We’ll gladly take this responsibility off your plate! We sub-contract rental equipment through Pleasanton Rentals. We will help you to select the right tables, chairs, tents, umbrellas, canopies, arches, patio heaters, and much more. Delivery and retrieval charges will apply.

Proof of Insurance

Certificate of Insurance available to those simply requesting proof of insurance.

Additional Insured. Add $110.00

Additional Waiver of Subrogation. Add $175.00
